JIAZHAN Industrial customized a full closed-loop die casting manufacturing solution for this project, utilizing high-precision die casting cells to ensure the perfect molding of complex heat dissipation fins and multi-hole integrated structures, effectively enhancing the thermal dissipation and heat balance performance of the components. Combined with precision multi-axis CNC machining centers, we achieved micron-level tolerance control on critical mating positions, ensuring seamless assembly with the client's systems. Simultaneously, integrated with a composite surface treatment process tailored for the high weatherability requirements of lighting equipment, alongside an automotive-grade comprehensive quality control process, we implemented a full-lifecycle quality traceability loop.
